What should I do if a video doesn’t load?

How do I update my email or password?
You can change your details inside your profile settings. Updates apply instantly.
What happens when I finish all my required CPD hours?
Your dashboard will show a completed summary for the cycle, and you can download all certificates anytime.
How do I download or print my certificate?
Open the completed course and you’ll find the certificate stored inside it.
